Employee Relocation Council (ERC) appraisal assignments are an important portion of our business. We are long-time ERC members that have received specialized relocation appraisal training and understand that a job relocation is a stressful part of a transferee's life. We will do everything possible to schedule a convenient and timely appointment for our property visit and will encourage the transferee to provide input on their residence and any recent sales or listings they would like to have considered.

The purpose of a relocation appraisal is to accurately estimate the Anticipated Sales Price of a transferee's home, as opposed to estimating Market Value. A thorough market analysis is required if industry standards for forecasting are to be applied. A relocation appraisal will analyze closed sales as well as current listings of competing properties and even consider pending sales in the market area, if available. HRI appraisers are experienced in relocation appraisal and understand the nuances between relocation and conventional appraisal assignments.
